When we say we’re a company by artists, for artists, we mean it.
Almost everyone that works at CD Baby is a creator of some kind (musician, poet, designer, filmmaker, etc.). We know what it’s like to put yourself out there, and we know how important your music is to you.
Every day, thousands of artists entrust CD Baby with new songs that need distribution and monetization. We get to see what so many of you are doing with your music careers, but you don’t always get a chance to see what makes us tick, and why we do what we do.
So we figured we’d turn the lens around for a bit and give you a glimpse into the life and songs of some of the amazing people at CD Baby.

Meet Freddy Trujillo!
Freddy is our warehouse lead, and has been on the CD Baby team for nearly 20 years.
He’s also a DIY musician, songwriter, touring bassist, and avid bird-watcher.
If you ever sell vinyl or CDs through Amazon or any of CD Baby’s affiliated retailers, there’s a pretty good chance Freddy helped get your album safely to your customer.
