It’s about time for another #DIYmusician Twitter chat!
This month we will be getting together on Wednesday, May 6th at 11 AM PST (2 PM EST) to talk about “the place of physical music formats in a digital world.”
CD Baby continues to sell and ship hundreds of CDs every day. Are you manufacturing albums? What format? Would you like to offer physical albums, but aren’t sure if it is worth it? Bring your experiences to the conversation, and join us (@cdbaby) along with VP of Marketing Kevin Breuner (@kbreuner) and blog editor Chris Robley (@chrisrobley).
Last month we discussed “your best touring advice,” and once again musicians from all over stopped by to exchange stories and pass along their tips.
Here are a few standout tweets:

Always try to have larger paying, confirmed payouts to anchor tour. Can surround with riskier door deals then #diymusician

Twitter chats are a fun way to connect with CD Baby as well as your peers. Use the #DIYmusician hashtag to participate on May 6th!
As a reminder, prior to the chat, select a method for following along with the conversation. You can do this directly from Twitter (search #DIYmusician), or some other services are Tweetdeck, Tweetchat, or Twubs.
To chat with everybody, all you need to do is tweet during the scheduled time and include #DIYmusician in each tweet.
