Haley Joelle – “Wish I Was The Wind” | Released August 14

“Wish I Was The Wind” explores the anxiety that comes with loving someone from a distance and longing to be part of all the moments you’re missing. Joelle wrote the song while navigating a long-distance relationship, capturing the jealousy and yearning that can creep in when the person you love is miles away. It lives in a similar emotional world to Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas” with the airy, ethereal atmosphere of Bon Iver’s “Holocene.” Pairing a comforting groove with delicate storytelling and vocal layers, the heartbreak unfolds in real time.

Melina KB – The Show Must Go Wrong! | Released August 28

The latest EP The Show Must Go Wrong! from theatrical pop artist Melina KB explores what happens when anxiety, impulsivity, and an unhealthy desire for connection take the wheel. Across the songs, the EP comes together like a mini-musical, presenting scene after scene in which Melina KB digs herself deeper into an unhinged reality. But what begins as a story about desperately trying to find someone to save her ultimately becomes a story about learning she can save herself. Musically, the EP draws from the animated storytelling of musicals like Into The Woods, RENT, and Waitress, while incorporating the sharp pop sensibilities and genre-bending energy of artists like RAYE and Panic! At the Disco.

Bruvvy – “Devour” | Released July 31

Bruvvy’s new single “Devour” is about the fact that everyone has a void to fill, yet no amount of hedonism will let you forget it. It’s one of two singles from the band that were recently featured on Madden ‘27’s official soundtrack. The track explores the perpetual cycle of attempting to ward off pain by pursuing sex, drugs, and entertainment — while paradoxically creating pain for ourselves in seeking those pleasures.

Lee Wilson – “Bass Drop” | Released August 21

The latest single, “Bass Drop” from Lee Wilson showcases a different side of his sound. Known for his powerful soulful vocals and songwriting, Wilson steps into a cool, understated spoken delivery over a deep house groove infused with modern house and subtle tech-house influences. Inspired by rooftop parties, beach clubs, and late-night dance floors, the record is built on attitude, atmosphere, and a hypnotic groove rather than a traditional vocal performance. It’s a confident summer record designed to soundtrack sunsets, pool parties, clubs, and festivals around the world.

Young Dirty Bastard – “Ageless” | Released August 21

In anticipation of his late father’s induction to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Wu-Tang Clan, Young Dirty Bastard (YDB) is releasing a steady stream of new music through November. The latest single, “Ageless” is a celebration of freedom and self-determination. The sweeping lyrics connect Brooklyn with fantasy stories, street history, tales of survival, and longevity. The upcoming record presents legacy as a foundation rather than a limitation, with YDB making it clear that no label, trend, or era can define him.

Ten Hands High – “Truth in the Dance” | Released August 13, 2026

Blending the band’s signature indie-pop songwriting with the driving energy and emotional release of electronic music and club culture, “Truth in the Dance,” offers something different in Ten Hands High’s catalog. Frontman Alexi Buckingham wrote the song after falling in love with electronic music. The track explores the conversations that happen between friends on the dance floor when they’re finally uninhibited by anxiety. In the middle of loud music, flashing lights, and disappearing self-consciousness, people often find themselves admitting fears, insecurities, and feelings they’d never confess out loud. “Truth in the Dance” captures that strange contradiction of nightlife: while memories of the night itself may fade, the honesty shared within it can feel more genuine than conversations held anywhere else.
