Include Reference ID Numbers When You Mail Stock to CD Baby
There’s a new way you can help make the lives of our warehouse staff a little easier while also ensuring that your fans get your CDs even faster: Reference ID’s! Beginning this week, we’ll include a reference ID number with all our stock-request emails. Please print out the email and put it in the parcel with your CDs/Vinyl/etc. Then write the reference ID on the outside of the box or envelope.
OK. So maybe it isn’t the most exciting development in the world, but it really will help us better manage your inventory and allow us to ship orders faster than ever before. And that is good news for CD Baby’s artists AND customers.
