A list of Nashville hotel options within walking distance of the DIY Musician Conference.
CD Baby’s DIY Musician Conference will be happening August 25-27 in Music City (Nashville, TN)!
To be close to all the action, stay on-site at the Omni Nashville Hotel, which is connected to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in the heart of downtown Nashville. We’ve arranged special discount rates for conference-goers starting at $238, but there’s a limited amount of rooms left — so reserve one soon.
When you book a room, be sure to stay through Monday morning so you can take part in Sunday night’s post-conference party at Tin Roof, where we’ll have two stages running for select conference attendees to showcase their talents.
Other hotel & hostel options in downtown Nashville
Not all attendees will be staying right where the event is being held, of course. If you’re looking to spend a little more or less on your accommodations, here’s a list of options that are close to the Omni Nasvhille Hotel (where most of our conference programming will be happening):
[Note: I’ve listed estimated prices based on current internet quotes, but prices fluctuate with availability, so don’t hold me to these figures.]
1. Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville-Downtown (from $229) —310 4th Avenue South, Nashville, Tennessee 37201
Since our discounted block of rooms at the Omni is guaranteed to sell out, we’ve also reserved a block of discounted rooms at a hotel RIGHT NEXT DOOR to the Omni: Hampton Inn! The discounted rate will be good until July 27th, or until sold out.
2. Nashville Downtown Hostel (from $38.50) —177 1st Avenue North, Nashville, Tennessee 37201.
If you don’t mind dorm-ing it, you can get some great rates at this hostel, only a 15-minute walk or 5-minute cab ride from the conference site.
3. Hyatt Place Nashville Downtown (from $285) — 301 3rd Avenue South, Nashville, Tennessee 37201.
4. Hilton Nashville Downtown 121 4th Avenue South, Nashville, Tennessee 37201.
5. Courtyard Nashville Downtown (from $299) — 170 4th Avenue North, Nashville, Tennessee 37219.
6. Airbnb (from $41) — You can often find affordable room or house rentals through this online service.
Nashville is a big town, so there are plenty of other hotels in the area if the ones above don’t suit your style or budget.
