Keeping Pace with MySpace

image001 Keeping Pace with MySpace MySpace has been making some serious changes recently. You may have visited your MySpace profile page in the past few weeks and noticed that your design, your banners, your HTML tweaking, all of it went the way of the “space” in their new logo.

But don’t get too flustered. We’ve found a few good resources to help you build your MySpace band profile into something even spiffier.

Here’s the promo video.

And here’s a link to their easy-to-use profile upgrade.

And lastly, MySpace’s profile design video tutorials!

Enjoy.

Myspace has made too many changes, too late in the game, and way too fast. I think their time is done.

We are having huge trouble with the new Myspace, our links don’t work when we try and add buttons to Facebook, youtube and Twitter. The marquee that we try and add – following all their advice and guidance doesn’t work. It’s full of adverts and really slow…

I can’t fix my profile at all.

All it mostly does now is crash my browser or not scroll.
I’ve see others profiles are a big mess too and mostly crash on me.

I tried to remove everything and start from scratch and that won’t work either.
I’ve tried different browsers too, to no avail.
The “stuff” I delete just keeps coming back and it is half off the page.
What I can’t figure out is why some peoples pages do work and others don’t.
I have been trying to fix it for weeks and finally gave up out of frustration.

    Very disappointing.

I have to agree with everyone here. I to got very frustrated when I’d put hours of work into my my_space website,Just to have it devoured by some strange java script in my background.I even closed two accounts totally, then waited a couple of days. And yes ! same shit all over again. Such-a Shame ,They had so much going for them .

    I just Thank-God for HostBaby.

Not sure why everyone is hating on the new myspace… I do website design and the new setup makes it much easier to customize your profile and now it’s much more cross browser friendly. I have our webstore and website running google analytics and we get way more link traffic coming from our myspace than any other promotional tool. If you need a custom design any of you can hit me up for my services. Our myspace is http://www.myspace.com/jackketchkills if you want an example. Myspace is not dead by any means… it’s just evolving and in a transitional period.

I just had to come back and say now some moron has posted a player on my myspace profile that overrides mine and plays automatically
Thanks to the new improved myspace I cannot even delete it

Myspace is dead. It’s actually uncool and useless. I’ve had fans laugh at me for even having it anymore.
