What better way to add to the appeal of your album or song than by having a stack of stellar reviews fill your page? Even a few short sentences can go a long way.

So politely ask your friends and fans to review your album on CD Baby page.

If you have a CD Baby customer account, you can also repost reviews that you’ve received from blogs, newspapers, or other publications. Just make sure to give credit where it’s due.

The “Reviews” section is located below your track listing on your CD Baby album page, so just send your fans the direct link to your album page and ask them to say a few kind words.

Sell your CDs, vinyl, and MP3s worldwide.

Both very true points. But it doesn’t hurt to ask fans on your emailing list to review the albums on CD Baby. Also, you should write a thank you email to anyone who’s purchased your music on CD Baby. Ask them too. As for getting press— a whole other blog post! But here’s some good advice for print coverage: http://cdbabypodcast.com/2008/06/episode-027-amy-mccullough-your-music-in-print/
