My New Release Introducing My New Release: DIY Musicians Dont Have to Do the Boring Paperwork ThemselvesIf we’ve said it once, we’ve said it a thousand times: as a DIY musician, you have enough to worry about (writing, practicing, recording, booking, performing, shooting videos, networking, social media, email list management, etc.) without having to deal with hours and hours of frustrating paperwork, navigating archaic P.R.O. websites, and hitting yourself over the head with an iron skillet. Sometimes DIY is better interpreted as “decide it yourself”– and delegation can be crucial to productivity!

If you’re looking for an easy and affordable solution to the boring stuff (publishing registration and setup, copyrighting, artist biographies, one sheet creation, graphic design, music-biz form templates, digital distribution submission, direct-to-fan online marketplace creation, and integration of social media platforms), check out My New Release, an administrative services company that specializes in filling the needs of artists, managers, labels, and studios.

And while they’re expert pencil pushers (a plus!!!), the staff of My New Release are also passionate music fans and excited about the opportunity to help an artist coordinate the details of a successful album launch. If you can’t spend another minute on paperwork, check ‘em out!

Sell your music on iTunes, Facebook, Amazon, Spotify, and more.

Food for thought for the truly DIY-minded: You can use this as your own sort of checklist of things you need to get done. A lot of this, I think, most of us can do ourselves, but this is nice to have a comprehensive list in one place. ;)
